- Directory / company information: business details, contact persons, addresses, product categories, and logos submitted for the exhibitor directory listing.
- Booth & participation details: allotted stall/booth information, proforma invoice and billing details, GST registration details, and security deposit details (for foreign exhibitors).
- Visitor registration information: name, email, mobile number, organisation, and designation submitted through the visitor registration system.
- Badge & QR code data: details used to generate entry badges and QR codes, and scan logs recorded at the venue for entry/reporting purposes.
- Payment-related information: transaction reference numbers and payment proof/screenshots submitted for verification. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
- Communication data: messages and notifications sent to you via email and WhatsApp regarding your registration, badges, invoices, or event updates.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies collected automatically for security and portal functionality.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your exhibitor or visitor account.
- To generate proforma invoices, badges, QR codes, and directory listings.
- To process and verify payments and security deposits.
- To send important updates via email and WhatsApp (event schedule, badge, invoice, approval status, etc.).

- Event organisers and authorised admin staff of MF India 2026 for exhibitor/visitor management.
