• Exhibitor account information: name, company name, email address, mobile number, password (stored encrypted), and login credentials.
• Directory / company information: business details, contact persons, addresses, product categories, and logos submitted for the exhibitor directory listing.
• Booth & participation details: allotted stall/booth information, proforma invoice and billing details, GST registration details, and security deposit details (for foreign exhibitors).
• Visitor registration information: name, email, mobile number, organisation, and designation submitted through the visitor registration system.
• Badge & QR code data: details used to generate entry badges and QR codes, and scan logs recorded at the venue for entry/reporting purposes.
• Payment-related information: transaction reference numbers and payment proof/screenshots submitted for verification. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Communication data: messages and notifications sent to you via email and WhatsApp regarding your registration, badges, invoices, or event updates.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies collected automatically for security and portal functionality.

• To generate proforma invoices, badges, QR codes, and directory listings.
• To process and verify payments and security deposits.
• To send important updates via email and WhatsApp (event schedule, badge, invoice, approval status, etc.).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Event organisers and authorised admin staff of MF India 2026 for exhibitor/visitor management.
• Third-party service providers strictly for functional purposes, such as WhatsApp Business API (for notifications), email delivery services, and payment verification tools.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including password encryption, role-based access control (admin/edit/read-only), and secure servers — to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This portal uses essential cookies (such as session and CSRF tokens) required for login security and core functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Exhibitor and visitor data is retained for the duration of the event cycle and for a reasonable period afterward for reporting, compliance, and historical directory purposes, unless a deletion request is received and approved.

• You may opt out of non-essential WhatsApp/email communications at any time by contacting us.
• Directory-listed businesses may request updates to their published information.

This portal is intended for business and event-related use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
